They did a very good job and were prompt and efficient. The guy came and measured everything and got the job done fairly quickly. We had no problems.

I submitted an email through the company's website, requesting information on whether solar tubes were covered under the recent American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, as an energy improvement eligible for a tax credit. I was contacted by phone 2 days later by a very friendly young lady who said honestly she was not sure because the law was so new. She said she would do some research and get back to me. She called the next day and said according to the IRS web site it appeared solar tubes might be covered. She suggested checking with my tax person to be sure. I requested an in-home estimate. The next week a very nice young man came out and spent lots of time explaining everything I needed to know about the products and installation. No high pressure sales at all. He left and after discussing it with my husband, I called and made an installation appointment for later the same week. The same young man who gave me the estimate showed up for installation. He and his brother did an excellent job of installing the 3 solar tubes. They used drop clothes everywhere and were done in a very reasonable time without seeming in a hurry. After installation they fully explained the units and what to expect. They were very friendly and professional. Excellent representatives for the company.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY WERE A LITTLE HIGH ON THE PRICE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CONFIDENT. THEY WERE GOOD AT THEIR JOB. THEY CALLED BACK SEVERAL MONTHS LATER TO SEE IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE.
