A Better Computer Doctor

I have used this company for our computer services before. We are a small, family run company and have to keep our costs down. Computer Doctors have constantly been responsive and professional & affordable. So, it was no surprise that when we needed a totally new computer we used the Computer Doctors. They not only beat our current offer, they also built the computer exactly to specs and with in a reasonable amount of time. They installed it and made sure we were happy. We are very happy with our computer and will definitely use Computer Doctor for any additional computer services we need.

There was no initial estimate. I called them and they informed me that to increase the speed that I needed to up-grade the hard drive and that it would take a couple of days to order the parts. It was suppose to be done in a couple of days. The time turned into two weeks. Was told that it should be done on a Friday and finally got it back the following Thursday. The computer is working much better, which is good. They told me I would get a discount being on Angie list; however, when I got it back there was no invoice -- so I have no idea if what I paid was fair. I asked and was told they would email the invoice -- still waiting.

It went very well. They picked it up at my home. When they returned it, they plugged in all the peripherals. I'm very satisfied.

Ryan, the owner, is  very knowledgeable about computers and gave me very good assistance.

On time, polite, nice appearance, nice personality....and is very good at fixing computers!  

Frontier communications  very slow internet speed .

Although they had to take my lap top from my home and keep it for about 2 business days, they got my lap top back up and running again. I had down loaded the windows 10 upgrade and all my lap top did was blink. I couldn't do anything including safe start it.
They did get it corrected and loaded windows 10 for me and make sure it worked.
 I have used this company before when my lap top hard drive went out. Again, they took the lap top for about a week and installed a new hard drive. got it up and running as it was prior to the hard drive going out. It was expensive, about 400.00, but I felt worth it. This time they charged me 200.00 for 2 hours of work and I felt that was too high. This is a good company and very responsive. I like staying with companies that have worked for me before but the price is just too high for me. I will probably check around before using A Better Computer Doctor again. But, if I find out the prices are all the same I will definitely return to A Better Computer Doctor.

This is the second time that I have used this company for a computer tuneup and verification and removal of any "bad stuff" in the drives and programs. Dave did an excellent job!  He was very thorough yet quick. He was instructional, too. He provided me with a few tips that allows me to check on my computer's functions that I was not aware of performing.  He installed a few helpful programs that will assist my computer to operate properly and at optimum performance. These were free programs. He checked that all my current programs were up to date. I recommend his company for this type of service with no hesitation. They arrive per appointed time and leave you with a feeling of something properly accomplished at a reasonable fee. They do offer discounts so ask when setting up your appointment.  If you are having any computer problems you should call Mary to set up an appointment.

He was very professional. He was punctual. He really knew a lot about computers and his attitude was good. He explained a lot of details to us so we really liked him. We like his service.
