 + -1 moreWe had a major electrical outage (smoke, sparks, popped breakers, etc) and my landlord hired Ralph Fuller Electric. I can't thank them enough for sending Maurice and his partner (I'm sorry, I'm bad with names). They were professional, efficient, and did tons of work in a relatively short amount of time. There were several problems that would typically require huge sections of walls to be removed, but they didn't want to inconvenience my family so they went the extra mile and did it the hard way. And never once complained. They generally do industrial electrical work, but they will do house calls. They never used any technical jargon, and explained everything they were doing and why things went wrong in the first place. They made it very clear that my family's safety came first and have given us the peace of mind we needed. Unfortunately I don't know how their cost compares to other companies since my landlord is picking up the tab, but asside from that I would highly recommend using their services to anyone.
Description of Work: They found problematic wiring, replaced ALL wiring that was either damaged or had the potential to become damaged, repaired outlets in two rooms, fixed wiring for the light switches (which previously went to nothing), and answered every question we had no matter how ridiculous :)
