Tim’s Plumbing And Drain Cleaning

Tim and his assistant moved the gas line for my washer/dryer. He quoted us without realizing the line had already been placed, then moved, but still existed. He spent 15 minutes on my property doing the job and charged us the full price as though he had installed the line himself.

I called the listed telephone number and Tim himself answered immediately (his direct cellphone).  Tim assessed the situation quickly, directed me where to look to find the model number and capacity on my old water heater (he even knew right away when I was giving him an incorrect number by mistake).  He let me know that he was just finishing another job, but not to worry because he had a similar size unit in his personal stock (not at a dealer or warehouse) and that he would pick it up on the way over to my house and be there in about three hours.  Tim arrived ahead of schedule with the new water heater, and all the parts he needed to complete the job quickly in the same trip.  Pricing was fair, service and responsiveness was excellent.  I would highly recommend Tim!

I like their price. Usually he can get the job done pretty quickly. He will bill us, whereas some others have to have payment upfront. I called him about a more recent problem and he didn't call me back until late.

This is the company our landlord (Cutten Realty) uses so we have no choice but we would never personally hire this guy. He's nice and seems to mean well, but his work and personal ethic could use some restructuring.. It's taken him WEEKS to do a 3-day job even though it was an emergency job that he was supposed to make his priority. Worst of all, he violated our renter rights every time! He never gives us 24-hrs notice and one time he showed up when we told him no one was home and he let himself into our house without permission!! We felt incredibly violated! That's not even legal for him to do.. Maybe he won't behave this way with homeowners... We weren't impressed.

These guys were quick, next day service, did what they said and extra for no additional cost, I would recommend Tim's to anyone and will use again if I ever need further plumbing work. Quick and well priced

Five of the six wash boxes worked moderately well, but one of them was not properly installed and the water just sits there. The company was made aware of the problem but by that time we decided we didn't want to work with them any more and we paid the bill and have had another company fix the problem.
