Stephen Brodhag

We love Stephen.  We bought our first rental property from Stephen sight unseen. We were on the east coast and I had found it online.  I called the listing company and was lucky enough to have my call answered by Stephen Brodhag.   He was honest from start to finish about the property.  We never felt pressured by him.  The purchase went really well and we are very happy with the price we paid for the house.  On a recent trip to California, Stephen spend many hours with us showing us properties.  He was always the first to point out soft or sloping floors and many other things we may have missed.  Eventually he found us a duplex that we just closed on.  He introduced us to Jody Harper, our new favorite mortgage broker, who helped make it happen.  Stephen is always willing to meet with appraisers and contractors in a timely fashion.  He really does provide client services above and beyond the call of duty.  We look forward to our next home purchase with Stephen.
