Jeff Schafer, owner of Six Rivers Mechanical, listened to my description of the work I had already done on my old Payne furnace and to my report of the remaining symptom and instantly diagnosed what the final problem was over the phone! He drove an hour round-trip with his co-worker, Jacob, did the repair (his over-the-phone diagnosis was spot on--previous HVAC company could not figure it out), and only charged me his standard one-hour rate. Jeff and Jacob were totally pleasant to work with and Jeff definitely knows his stuff. Service-oriented, smart, and honest--I am very pleased with Six Rivers Mechanical.
