They are expensive.  But, they are good at what they do.  The service person was really honest and fair.  It was expensive and he told me to research a new stove before repairing the stove.  The part was the expensive.  I do not know if they add to the price of the part . . . but I needed it done (guest coming and needed a working oven) and they got it done.

Since it is so important that we in Humble County Support local businesses, it is a pleasure that I report on Poletski's Appliance Center.  Their inventory is huge including appliances, cabinets and mattresses, there is no pressure to buy, the staff is relaxed and friendly, and their service after the sale is outstanding. I am happy to recommend this store to anyone, and believe that their experience will be similar to mine.

Called up arranged for dishwasher to be installed in rental unit.  Price seemed a little high but you get what you pay for....very easy to work with and coordinated installation with tenant

The service provider was very nice and professional.  He looked at each appliance and gave me an estimate before starting repairs.  He was skilled and knowledgeable and was able to address both problems fairly quickly-- had the necessary replacement parts did a good job explaining the repairs that were needed.

The repair went well.  They came over once and identified the problem.  They had to order the part and came back the next week to install.  Very smooth and everything seems to be working well now.  Price seemed a bit steep for the amount of labor involved but I think the charge is similar to other repair contractors in the area.  Overall a good experience and now my refrigerator is working for 300 rather than the 1500 it would have taken to replace it.

I went fine except the part needed to be ordered for my washing machine. The repairman had just a little attitude. Perhaps he preferred working for women. And maybe it was that I've some experience with building machinery and repairing it...so perhaps he didn't like my questions.

I went to the store on the recommendation from Angie's List and met with a really knowledgeable salesperson. He gave me recommendations, should me paper work and gave me a discount for paying in full and cash. It was well worth my time.

I have been using them for about ten years. Their service department is really good. Their prices on new appliances is really high.

After shopping at some of the big stores in town, we found WAY better service at this small local store. Of course most of what we were looking for they didn't stock, but time wasn't a big factor as it took forever to build our house. We had a bad experience at Sears and were really glad to find a local store who was willing to get us EXACTLY what we wanted, not push us towards what they wanted to sell. With all of the garbage we had to deal with in building our house, this was one of the few bright spots.
