They salesman was an A.  They didn't work with me on the price that much.

On the whole their service is totally good. I've had one time where I had to wait and I felt it was an exceptionally long time but other than that they are courteous, they seem to have performed the work to spec and I haven't had any take backs.

Excellent service over several years has kept my Toyota Camry Hybrid running perfectly for eight years. The service is excellent, on time, fairly priced, and friendly.

My service advisor and mechanic took a lot of time to go over details with me about the age of the vehicle, it's overall condition, and what could realistically be expected of a vehicle with 210,000 miles on it.  I ultimately decided that if I started putting money in, I would end up chasing that money until everything was replaced.  I purchased a new Honda Accord that day.

My check in was expeditious.  And my vehicle, looking pristinely new, was returned to me ahead of schedule!

I thought I had an appointment, but found that I had made a mistake and had come on the wrong day. The service person kindly said that since I was there, that he would fit me in any way. He offered to also have the exterior of my car washed after the service for free. I told him that it was really the interior that needed attention and he gave me the information for their detail service with prices that seemed very reasonable. He offered a shuttle to take me home, but I decided to wait in the lobby which is very spacious with a number of different seating arrangements including high tables and chair to work at. The service was completed in under an hour and the work was explained to me before I was led to a cashier to pay. Overall, this was a very nice experience.

Mid-City Motors is easy to work with. For a big service, an appointment is required and the majority of a full work day will be involved.

Checking in, a service rep is assigned to your car and you. You are asked what work needs to be done and if any particular problems are happening. The car's mileage is checked, you are given an estimate and the car is whisked off to begin its day.

A shuttle will take you home or to work if you are not waiting in the comfortable lounge (free coffee, tea and bagels)while the work is being done. Your service rep will call if unexpected issues arise and when your car is ready. The work is often complete before their time estimate. The price never exceeds the estimate without prior notice and approval of a new estimate.

This is the best car service location I have found in my years of car ownership.

From the beginning they had me toast an electric system by driving it to them instead of towing Because they fried the system with their expert advise they would not warranty it It cost me over 10000 dollars to fix the car. Scams

One morning I was driving my grandson to school when my car just died. I managed to coast to the curb. The car would not start.
I called AAA and had it towed to Mid City.
Once there I was told to leave the car but they would not be able to look at it until the next day.
I asked about a shuttle to take me home. The girl at the desk was not helpful. She merely told me it stopped just outside the door, nothing else. I went out and a shuttle arrived. I got on and as it was pulling out I found out it was not the shuttle I wanted. It was going the wrong way. They took me back and I had to wait nearly an hour for the correct shuttle. The driver of this shuttle was talking on a cell phone and weaving as he was driving. I did make it home safely.

The next day I waited until afternoon and called the service desk. They told me they were still checking out the car and they would call me. They finally called and told me the battery was dead but they were doing a number of tests to see why the car died while I was driving. Everything did check out OK and I was able to pick up the car. It is running fine now. Interestingly enough it now does something it did not do before. Now when I put the car in gear all of the doors automatically lock.

Very good. I received a notice of recall of my car from Honda. I called Mid-City and they made an appointment for me within a day or two. They drove me home after I delivered my car, then picked me up in the afternoon and took me back to my car. They found another problem connected to the air-bag and made an appointment for two days later. I took it back two days later and they changed out a part in just a few minutes. There was no charge for that.
