Chimney Sweeping
Yes, I recommend this pro
$69
They have an apparatus that they put down to sweep the chimney and then they take a big vacuum cleaner to sweep up the ashes and everything else that has fallen through. The usually do some sort of inspection to check and make sure everything is in good shape; that there is nothing dangerous about the chimney. He put down tarp all around and after he vacuumed you would not even know he was there; it was nice and clean after he was there. What really impressed me was the price point; I have had my chimney swept before and I have called other places; the standard price is significantly higher. He was very inexpensive. After he inspected he talked about the chimney with me afterwards. Basically we determined that he would call me in about a year-and-a-half for another cleaning.
