Very happy with service. I am always recognized when I call for an appointment. On more than one occasion they helped with a quick fix like replacing light bulbs. We were introduced to them years ago when my mom was visiting and her car broke down. They were the shop in the county that was able to take the car in in a timely manner. Prices are always fair!

Very good. I like Honest Engine because they give you a list of needed repairs -- those that are needed now, and those that can wait until you can budget for them. They really know Volvos. Nice guys too.

My Kia was towed to Honest Engine. Their diagnostic cost is usually $98. My engine was destroyed due to a broken timing belt and an interference engine. They explained this to me; I found it on the internet. Their cost to fix was $3500. I did not do it yet. They cut the diagnostic cost in half because of such bad news. That was considerate.
They were missing a part to diagnose the Saturn. I did not want to wait so I took it somewhere else.
