It went very well. The dryer receptacle was also used for controlling our solar hot water system so, with this in mind, he interrupted his plan for the day to replace it quickly and easily. It was during a storm and there was a higher than normal call for electrical work, so the dishwasher had a wait a couple of weeks, which was explained and acceptable. He called when available, brought the appropriate help to complete the job, and finished more quickly than I expected.

Good work, tennant was pleased

The service went well and I liked Mike, who was here with an apprentice for about 2 hours.  I let him know I'd definitely be requesting his services again, intermittently, as I made gradual renovations to my new home, to which he agreed.  However, when I rang him about a month or so later in attempt to arrange for him to install another new lamp, as well as to repair some wiring in the attic which had been damaged by pests, he never rang me back.  I found this non-response perplexing.  I hadn't been given the impression that he wasn't interested in small jobs.  In fact I rang twice, never to receive a call back.  Disappointing; I would at least have hoped for a courtesy call to be informed that he wasn't available.
