I hired a carpenter to repair the rotten sill plate but he used Eureka glass to remove and install the new double pane window. Eureka glass made several trips out to estimate and repair with very good coordination and communication with the carpenter and myself. Very professional and easy to work with.

They replaced the front windshield of my RV... they were prompt, communicated well... it was successful with no leaks, rattles or anything else to complain about.

Called in for appointment. Parts were obtained with a couple of days and I was able to get in a few days later. Vehicle into shop in morning and was ready for pickup early afternoon. Good quality repair and everything went very smoothly.

The gentleman the came out to give me an estimate was thorough and punctual. He mentioned that the company was busy and it would probably be about 2 weeks until the work could be done. He said someone would call me the next day with the estimate. After waiting a week I called them and was told I the option of 1) having the estimate mailed to me and I could sign it and return it 2) having the estimate emailed to me, printing it out and signing it and faxing it back, or 3) going to their place of business and signing it at which time they would schedule the work. The option of regular mail seemed a bit much having already waited a week without hearing from them just seemed more delay. Not owning a fax machine left the second option out, so I was left with going to them to sign the estimate in order to get a date on the books.
Three weeks later the day arrived for the broken bedroom window to be replaced, during which times we had two storms and no one showed up and no one called me. When I called the office I was told someone had "called in sick" and they were short handed andshe "had meant to call me". I was given another appointment for the following week.
I have to say that the workmen professional, fast, thorough and did very good work however there seems to be a disconnect with the office. Sorry to say I would not use them again. They Never called me, I had to chase after them. Thats not they way to do business in my book.

Well, no problems.

Overall the service was prompt, the workers were polite, I feed them homemade cinamon rolls, just to sweeten the deal. But they have no knowledge on finish work., By that I mean when they have to do any woodwork on the inside of your home to finish off the instalation of the windows. I did not do any comparison pricing but, I can say they did charge a lot.

They had the lowest bid. They were good. I grade them A's across the board.

I got an estimate and then ordered the windows. It took two weeks before the windows arrived. It would have been nice if they had told me that it would take two weeks to get the windows. I had to call and ask. The fellow who installed the windows arrived right on time. He was very nice. He did the work in a reasonable amount of time and did a good job. He even made a point of killing a spider he found lurking in the old window. I love the new windows. He took away the old moldy windows and cleaned up the small amount of mess he made.

They came out promptly when asked for an estimate, waited until I got a second estimate which was much higher, set a reasonably close date for installing the windows and were willing to work with me on the time, showed up exactly when promised, were very helpful in working around problems such as curtains and blinds and things in the way, and finished the whole job in even less time than estimated. I won't know immediately if there could be future problems, such as leaking, but I was very happy with their service from start to finish.

From estimate to installation, this was an easy and affordable partial remodel for our home.
