When I got home and began to organize the new hard drive I inadvertently moved an essential file needed for start-up. I took the drive back and they fixed my mistake the same day. Great service, exceptional knowledge, fast turn around.

I have been to cornerstone five or six times and always had an excellent experience. I have purchased hardware such as monitors and other peripherals and had services performed such as power supply replacement. Cory in particular is great to work with and very knowledgeable. I have frequently gone in with troubleshooting questions and they have always taken the time to speak with me and give me coaching tips even when I wasn't buying something. Highly recommend.

I covered all details in the service section section of review. Bottom line is the company that made the computer was uncooperative and the staff at Cornerstone took over the issue and advocated on my behalf! Excellent customer service which is getting harder to find anymore. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and co-workers!
