Brian from Colburn Electric came out:, figured it out and he fixed it in 20 min.!! I would definitely call Colburn again.
I called the company in late morning and spoke to the wife of the owner. She indicated that a service man would call me that day to schedule a time to come out for an estimate. He called that same afternoon and came by after his last job of that same day. The service man was professional and polite. He asked several questions to make sure he understood what we wanted. He also took all measurements needed. I recieved a written estimate in the mail two days later. I called that same day and made an appointment
for serveral days later. The only reason for that delay was so that they could order the two fans to fit properly. The initial electrician who had made the estimation, came with one other electrician to do the repairs. They were done quickly and professionally.We live in a rural area and have had numerous experiences with calling a business and never getting a return call, much less a quick estimate. We are extremely pleased with Colburn Electric and the quick and thorough job that they did.
