The original panel had an open main connection and it needed much of the main electrical feed inside the panel replaced.
Bob remove and replaced the main electrical panel and breakers. This was a bigger than expected job as the new panels were a different size than the original. Bob was able to transfer the new parts from the new panel box into the old one with some modification so we didn't need to hire a building contractor to modify our home exterior for the new box to fit, mount and seal. The PG&E electrician was quite impressed with the quality and detail of Bob's work. The PG&E electrician said most contractors just install the replacement panel box and don't correct the connections to last where as Bob went the extra mile and his work should serve us for much longer than normal because of the better materials that Bob used (copper all the way through vs some aluminum).
