the guy is a moron
I took him a beautiful handmade clock with a good German movement for a simple cleaning and he ruined it.
Then he told me it was garbage and I was a jerk.
The guy really is an idiot, sorry.

There was a part that was broken with one of the springs. They fixed that and then did a full cleaning and lubrication as well. They were fabulous. The guy was great.
