While the work was being done, things went very well. The preparation was not done properly and the paint was applied over damp wood, resulting in peeling and bubbling.

Art is always professional, working around tenant needs. His work is very good. One house, a historical Victorian won a Historical Society restoration award due in part to the quality of his work. His prices are reasonable. He starts and finishes as promised.
