My water heater kept goin'out and we were showering on a timer before the cold water hit! The person who answered the phone was pleasant & got us scheduled quickly. Our technician identified what part was causing the issue and had it all replaced and working in an hour. Very impressed with their service, i highly recommend going with Mr. Pipes!

Had a really bad clog in the bathroom and they came and cleared it up in no time. Highly recommended if you need work done promptly.

I can't say enough good things about Ron from A & R Plumbing Service.  I can't remember having a better repair person  - ever!  He not only did a quality job both times, charged a fair price, but guaranteed his work!  He went above and beyond.  He built a stand for our water heater so it would be easier for us to access.  How much extra did he charge?  Nothing.  I would recommend A & R Plumbing Service without hesitation.

Ron is experienced and thorough.  He took the time to adjust everything and augur the toilet even though that might not have been the problem.  He gave me advice about cleaning the tub drain and adjusted a dripping backyard faucet on his way out at no charge.  Everything works well now and I have no more worries.  I was comfortable having him working in the house and would hire him again.  Recommended.

I felt confident hiring Ron to install the dishwasher, disposal, and faucet because of my previous experience, and I was not disappointed.  He did a great job, explained anything I asked about, happily made dishwasher height adjustments to my satisfaction, tested everything and cleaned up.  Ron has a lot of experience and I think he can do anything related to a plumbing job, and more.  For e.g. the dishwasher installation required a bit of electrical work but it was no problem.  Highly recommended.

Plumbing problems are my worst nightmare. This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. THEY CAME IN AND GOT THE JOB DONE EXTREMELY FAST. THEY CHARGED ME A GOOD PRICE FOR THE WORK THEY DID. THEY ALSO MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP THE WATER THAT WAS ON THE FLOOR.
