He patiently answered all of my many questions. He also helped me with my not-very-intelligent smart phone and showed me where to look on You Tube to view instructional videos for the phone. Before I retired, I dealt with a lot of IT people, so I know Thurman really knows his "stuff" and, even more importantly, how to explain it to someone like this senior who is somewhat technologically challenged.
