This is the second time we have used Window Magic and were lucky both times to have Tim do the work. He showed up on time, cleaned all the windows and screens.....remembered to relock all the windows....and left no sign that he had been in our home except we could see through our windows again... We were most pleased and will have them back again when we need their service...

They took the windows apart. I have alarm screens and they were careful with those. I have a lot of windows and some of them are French panes. It is labor intensive.

Window cleaning was fantastic. Windows hadn't been cleaned in over a year, so no easy job. The tech who cleaned windows and took down screens was very courteous and extremely nice. New screens look great and price was very reasonalble.I will definitely use them again. However won't wait so long next time.

The first time they came to do the work everything was really clean. However, the second time the did no clean the tracks or screens. They did not do as thorough of a job. I was disappointed with the service.

I was really pleased with them. They aimed to please. They were courteous, perfectionists, and professional. The windows were really dirty and they did a great job. The price was phenomenal. They were also timely. Justin and Keith were the gentleman who came out for the work. Would recommend anyone to use them. I had 3 options, and these were the guys I picked. The owner was also really pleasant and an accommodating.

The workers were lacking a bit in professionalism and seemed inexperienced. They were tattooed and took many smoke breaks during the job. Furthermore, I had to instruct them on how previous workers had treated the windows.

You have entrusted us to clean your windows since 2003, and we so appreciate that you called us back to clean your windows year after year. Unfortunately, we fell far short of your expectations the last time we cleaned your windows. We know that there are many window cleaning companies in San Diego, and we are up to stiff competition. For that reason, we strive to hire only the best of the best of technicians that can project the same quality, integrity and professionalism that we have spent so many years aspiring to. Being a small family owned and operated business since 1986, Steve and I did most of the cleaning ourselves, so we knew everything that was going on in the field. We earned a trusted reputation with our customers that we rely so heavily upon. On our last visit to you, we had our experienced window cleaner, but also had a new technician that had only worked for us for a few months. We did have to let him go the month after he was on the job at your residence for the very things that you described. He lacked the professionalism and experience that we so heavy rely on to keep our wonderful customers happy. Unfortunately, for us and you this left a very bad taste in your mouth for Window Magic Window Cleaning. We do appreciate your taking the time to review us, as this only makes us stronger and more committed to refining and doing all we can to make sure we never get a review like this again. Of course, it saddens me that we have a bad mark on our reputation, but thankfully we can learn from our mistakes. It went very well. The cleaner arrived and promptly got to work. He was very thorough and informed me that there were a couple windows that he was unable to completely clean due to mineral stains caused by our irrigation system. Very knowledgeable.
