Concrete Repair
Terribly wrong. Everything was fine until the finish was applied. First, the finish turned the neutral stone color a bright yellow. This had to be removed and redone. Then the finish was dangerously slippery when wet. More finish was applied with sand thrown into it. This had to be done several times to remove the slickness from the finish. The patio looked beautiful for about a month. Then white spots started showing up. It looked like white sand had been poured onto the patio in big blotches. The finish was removed and reapplied in those areas but the problem kept coming back and spreading. I kept calling the company and it got to the point where my calls went unanswered or I was told that it was a sprinkler problem (even though the white sand showed up in places where there were no sprinklers). I finally gave up and stopped calling. I am left with a mess that the company refuses to address because it's now past the 1-year warranty.
