Fabulous! R.J. arrived on time, used a 'Roto Vac' , and very professionally cleaned my 16 year old carpets. The results- no high traffic areas visible after cleaning. They looked like new!

Servicemen arrived on time. He was very professional kind. He explained what he was going to do and spent about 3+ hours carefully scabbing carpets. The cost was higher than cheap companies but so worth the expense! The house smells fresh and carpets look new! He gave us from blocks to put under the furniture we needed to move back in place as the weather was coal and carpets took a little longer to dry.

Excellent! I’ve seen using Twins for 17 years and would not think of changing.Even the owner is very involved-confirming, follow up, etc. I know it’s a competitive industry but they are the best! Craig did the cleaning as he’s done for many years. I feel we get a great cleaning by a great tech for a fair price. Craig does great work.

Twins ProServices is great. They have been clearing our carpets for the past 12 years. Twins ProServices goes the extra mile especially since we have dogs & the oil from their coats gets on carpet. They are awesome!

They came on time and was neat as a pin. We watched him clean and the job looks so good. We had planned to get new fabric for our furniture or new piece, but he said he could clean them up. And they look great.

TWINS always arrives within the window of time! Craig assessed the rooms and stains that needed attention and he gave me a very fair quote. Upon my approval, he proceeded with cleaning - he is very thorough and detail oriented. The rooms cleaned up nicely! The pet stains are all gone and I am thrilled. I have been using TWINS for 11 years.

The rug was extremely dirty on the ends from being in storage for 12 years. The rug is clean with pink and emerald colors as bright as ever.

.Guys worked hard and fast. The carpet came out looking great. We had stains come out that previous cleaners were unable to get out. Looks almost new. The couch was a mess from teenagers eating on it, but it looks great. Was going to donate the recliner, it was so stained. Came out really nice. The closet carpet install was fine, looks the way it is suppose to. They tried to repair my husbands do it yourself install, but not much they could do. It looks better, but they can't eliminate seams from the poorly cut scraps my husband used. They were very up front about not being able to work miracles with this repair job before they started. Carpet was fairly dry when they left and they left little foam tiles under the legs of the furniture.
