Inspection started on time, and was very thorough. This was the 2nd time I used this service, and was very happy. We got a discount for referring our in-laws for this home inspection with THI.
Marc, THI's owner, found a sewer company, Pipe Repair Services, to address a root-infested sewer pipe discovered in the drain inspection. Turns out it was the county's responsibility for this pipe. But Marc's support was very appreciated. He is so helpful. He also weighed in on a Kitchen remodel. He is so knowledgeable about how houses work.
TheTHI inspector looked at everything, and spent a lot of time explaining what he found in a power point with voice recording that we shared with our in laws, still back East, who are buying the house. They weren't able to be there, but could easily understand what issues he found.

He was very helpful, thorough and experienced. He talked me through the report and gave me some advice about the condition of the home. He also re-checked a couple of things when I asked him about a couple of specific points and then advised me in what to do when I was dealing with another contractor in deciding what the cost of renovation would be.
