they i did not show up on time,  woke up my next door  person,, did not bring enough material, parked in front of my drive way , i told him not too park there because my wife had to go to work i got him too move was to call the police dept..

I could not be happier with my overall experience with True Turf!  I had done my homework, gotten three other quotes.  This company was different.  They prompt to respond to my request for a quote, they were by far the most willing to work with our requests and high a high level of professionalism!  I dealt with Fritz at True Turf.  He sent us samples of turf in the mail, overnight.  I loved the turf he recommended - which ironically wasn't their very top of the line.  We have 2 large dogs that would be using this as their potty place.  He didn't try to sell us a more expensive turf, instead he sold us what would hold up to the demands of the dogs.  The guys who installed it showed up on time, communicated with us every step of the way, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up after themselves. When we can afford it, we will come back for his top of the line turf (because it truly is soft and beautiful) for our front lawn. I will definately us True Turf again!
