REPAIRED TILE THE FIRST TIME OUT, BUT GROUT WORK WAS SLOPPY. I CALLED THEM BACK OUT TO REDO WORK. THE WORKERS DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH, SO TRANSLATING WAS DIFFICULT.

THE NICEST SECRETARY! SHE WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING CALLS AND SCHEDULING SERVICE. SERVICEMEN WERE CLEAN AND WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER. JOB COMPLETED, AS EXPECTED, AND A FOLLOW UP CALL WAS MADE TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH SERVICE.
