Flooring, Ceramic Tile Service
In-store salesman Kelly spent nearly 2 hours figuring quantity. Order arrived back at Tile Club within two weeks, but grout was missing. Then it took two weeks and multiple trips to get correct grout. Then tile was being installed, we realized order amount and type of tile was incorrect. Kelly was unapologetic each time and made no extra effort to fix his mistakes. It took at least 6 trips to get everything we needed.
