Awful quality, horrible customer service. Their fence starts falling apart but they refuse to fix it. The project was to build a 5 foot privacy vinyl fence around my property. The fence was fine for about 18 months and then starts falling apart. Called them almost every day asking to fix it and their standard answer was "next week". So far it is already 2 months since I contacted them first time and no progress since then.

They were great, have a difficult neighbor on the side the fence is going in and they assured me they have dealt with this all the time so I didn't have to deal with it.

They arrived promptly and did a great job. They hauled away the old fencing and the new fencing looks terrific. It's 5 1/2 feet tall and made of redwood and cedar. They cleaned up the area and left it looking great. Their work did not include painting, which we had done by a separate contractor.

Daniel was terrific to deal with.  Very honest, has great ideas and has your best interests in mind.  He does not oversell and delivers what he promises.  He is very patient and explains every step of the process.  Any customizing you need he will figure it out.

He crew is great, very efficient and do a professional job. 

We are perfectionist and after the job was complete he came back to replace a few boards (out of the 600 feet of boards)  that had the slightest of imperfections.  No questions asked, no issues, he just took care of it.   On two sides of the yard we shared the cost with both neighbors and they agreed he did a great job!

We still have some landscaping to finish up and then Daniel will come back and finish installing that last 80 feet of fence for us.

I can't say enough great things about Superior. 

Daniel did the estimate promptly as he said. He gave us estimate a day later with a suggested date for installation.

My wife and he discussed the particulars-the height, the big bushes, the neighbor, when to pay. They were busy after a windy storm that we had had, so we waited 1 1/2 or 2 weeks for install.

His guys came out the day scheduled, took out and away all the old wood. They asked me about what bushes could they trim so as not to mess bushes up that we might want to keep.

They worked quickly, did the job in two days great. We like the fence, the guys, and the job was so smooth. I wish it didn't cost so much but I think that is how vinyl fencing is.

Great. The team arrived when they said they would and completed the job a day early. The were very quite and neat.
