I can't believe he saved by door and saved me so much money. Sebastian is so honest. He sells new doors as well but recommended that we try and fix it first. I was prepared to just go for it and buy a new door! I had another company come by the week before. They did not want to touch my door for fear of making it worse. They said you never know what exactly is going on until you take the door off and they weren't prepared for anything except fixing the wheels. Fair enough, however my neighbor referred to me to Sebastian shortly thereafter. He fixed everything right on the spot. I no longer have to work out my muscles to get the slider to glide. I knew this would be a hard job for someone. I know my house has settled and most things are out of square in my home. But, I have faith in Sebastian. I am going to have him work on all my sliders at my rental homes. Can't wait to refer him to all my friends and neighbors. This is a prime example of how a company should be run!

Terrible, Sabastin was agumeniive and totally unprepared to do the work. We called him to replace the weather stripping on our sliding glass door. In addition to the weather stripping he said we needed to we replace the rollers on our sliding door.. my wife said sure why not. My wife went to check on him. He had the door off and had already replaced the rollers and then told us he did not have the right size weather stripping and would have to offer it and return. My wife and I were upset he did not tell us this before he replaced the rollers. Now he expected to get paid in full. He replaced the rollers and put the door back on when we noticed 3 spots on our door where the window tinting came off... He was totally rude and very aggressive and called us liars. I walked away and let my wife deal with this crazy guy... we paid him in cash because he doesn't take credit cards.. and then tells us he has to order the weather stripping and will come back the next week... The door was opening and closing very nicely and when he came back he even showed me how well the door opened and closed. Then he took the door off and placed it on his work benchs. I asked him to be "Please be careful. Because the last time he managed to rub it off in a few small spots. Sebastian started to get very agitated and ask me to show him where on the door and we both saw 2-3 more place the he just rubbed off... He called me a liar once again and I just looked at him while I was fuming and he just ranted for 10 minutes or so... I had 2 choices 1- throw him out or, 2- let him finish and get out.. I picked number 2 and that was a big mistake.. he finished putting on the weather stripping and put the door back on and showed me how smoothly the door was sliding... I has a telephone call I had to take and when I got off the phone he shows me that the "tract" was broken and the door wouldn't closed. He then tells me the tract just broke but he didn't do it... I said it was working 5 minutes ago and now it is broken. He said he did not break and for 175 would fix it. I told him to leave at that point. Now we have to get someone else to fix the track!

this is the third time I have used Sebastian - he also replaced 3 glass panels in my sliders & put on new ball bearings on one.

he is a hard working, dedicated man who wants to please his customers - he always strives to do the best job he can & will stay until he does it right - his craft is very unusual & not too many people offer this type of service -- as long as your frames are ok, they can always be repainted & Sebastian can replace the inside glass if needed - much less expensive than brand new & much easier done !

When I asked him about the price he said that the steel cost him 99 cents and the remainder was for of labor. The repair worked but we feel that we were taken advantage of......

Sebastian arrived early and agreed with me that a) the rollers were degraded and the one closest to the latch edge should be replaced with the next larger size and b) the stationary panel in the door needed to be adjusted and have a retaining screw installed. The work was excellent and the door now moves like a "marble on a tile floor" to quote Sebastian. However, the work took less than an hour and I know that the parts (from Home Depot) cost and lt;$20. Maybe it's just me, but it seems a little outrageous to pay a guy in a pick-up truck $150/hr to fix a door. Next time I'll cowboy up and pull the door from the frame to fix it myself. Sebastian was a great guy, but it's a bigger labor rate rip-off than plumbing or HVAC work.

The work went pretty well. They were fine in terms of punctuality, responsiveness and staff friendliness. I would use their services again in the future.

I had a sliding glass door that was difficult to open and close. The company (apparently a one-man operation) was working on a sliding glass door at a home within my neighborhood, and had left business cards at nearby homes. I called the number listed on the card, and asked the worker take a look at my sliding glass door. He said he would stop by the same day. He came by, provided a cost, and said he could complete the work of installing new rollers immediately. Installing the new rollers entailed removing both the sliding and the stationary sections of the window, putting on new sliders, cleaning the tracks, and replacing the sliding and stationary window sections. He was able to complete the work in about 1 hour. I was very satisfied that the sliding door now moves smoothly. He only accepts checks or cash as payment.
