Septic Tank Service
Terrible. We have a good septic tank provider (Jim's Appolo) who happened to be busy, so I chose this company. They said they could do the job for $360 with one hour to dig to get to the cover. The appointed day comes (5/15/09) and they postpone because the person who was supposed to come was sick. The new appointment - Monday (5/18/09) is also postponed because the worker found it to be a hot day. They come in today and say it is going to be 2 hours to dig but they will keep the cost at $360. The gentleman they send is nice but does not seem capable of doing this type of work (very obese and slow moving). They call me back with a request to charge an additional $55 for the third hour of excavation (final request they say) and I give the go-ahead. After 3 hours they still do not seem to be able to do this task and ask for a 4th hour. I turn it down and they left pumping only one of the two tanks and leaving a mess. Do not do business with these guys. Completely unprofessional.
