the work was done on time and at a lower price than quoted. when replacing roof vents there price was 5% higher than camping world but the parts department and service manger were very helpful in giving me instructions on self installation. I would recommend them and continue to support and use them for my RV service.

As a follow-up to my previous post regarding the fuel line replacement. After getting the motorhome back home I decided to check their work. The fuel line was left dangling under the motorhome. Not secured to anything and could have caught something in the road it was hanging down so low. And, the hose clamps securing the fuel fill hose and the vent hose to the tank were left loose. That could have been a real mess when I went to refill the motorhome with gas.

I developed a leak in my rubber roof of the motorhome as well as in the slide-out topper. I took it to Sonrise and J.R. helped explain all my options. Because the roof is 15 years old, it seems like that is the best option but that is going to cost $5000. I didn't have that kind of money to spend on the RV at the time so J.R. went back up on the roof and patched a couple spots he could see were the bigger causes of the leaks. No charge! Just said to come back when I get the money.
