I wish I didn't have to write this as I was very pleased with Solar Symphony initially. They installed a solar system on my house back in November of 2016 and it worked flawlessly the first 5 years. Then, in May of 2022, the bottom half of my panels stopped producing power. I lost half of my power production on and off (mostly off) from May until October while they repeatedly ignored my requests for them to come fix the issue. When they finally sent someone, it was incorrectly repaired the first time and I had to again wait for them to come out a second time. After talking to the technician and doing some research on my own, I discovered the system was initially wired on two strings when it needed to be on a single string. After five years of normal panel degradation, the voltage on the lower string had dropped below the minimum needed to keep the inverter operating properly. As a result, my bill during the true-up period in December was $500 more than the previous year, so I filed a claim under their power production warranty. They tried to claim it was due to shading from the trees behind my property, and denied my claim, but if that was the case then I should still have the issue, which I do not. So if you are considering getting solar from them, keep in mind that it will be difficult at best to get them to fix any issues and their power production warranty is basically worthless.

It went very well, from sales and information process to install. All done on schedule.
