CAME FOUR TO FIVE HOURS LATE. BOARDED WINDOW WITH A SLIT-LIKE HOLE IN THE MIDDLE. TRACKED A LARGE AMOUNT OF MUD FROM GRASS ONTO THE CARPET INSIDE THE HOUSE. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE MUD, THE OWNER STATED 'WELL, WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?' VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. CANCELED WINDOW ORDER. (ADDITIONAL $500 JOB)
