The break in occurred on Wednesday morning and the appointment made for Thursday afternoon.
Robert, the technician, called about 20 minutes before arriving. He had all the necessary equipment to do the job and completed it within about 2 hours. He was very courteous and professional. The cost was as per the estimate. (I had contacted an online company to look at their prices for the replacement windows and they had quoted me a much higher price). The work appears to have been well done, all the glass inside the car cleared up, windows cleaned. The passenger window moved up and down correctly. I have yet to drive the car any distance or use the back window heater controls/wind screen wipe, but so far I have been very impressed with this company's service.
