"Customer wanted a yard clean up that was not included in her signed contract. When given a price for the clean up, customer complained that it was too much and demanded we perform the labor for free. We allowed the customer to break her contract agreement with us. We cannot work for free."

Dan and crew began on 9/15/2014. After day 1, all the existing concrete, plants, shrubs and trees were gone. The worksite was approximately 1/4 acre. I was amazed and impressed of the speed. Day 2 through 5, they started grading and trenching the property. The soil/ground was hard as the concrete! After the second week, Dan helped us planted two matured (30 ft tall and wide) olive trees. I am grateful for Dan's foresight. He strongly suggested that I needed to plant the olive trees way before the forming and pouring of the concrete. If not, it would have been a very costly proposition (i.e. hiring a crane operator to lift one olive tree to the backyard...about 80 ft from the curb and over the roof). Also week two was preparing for the footing of the planter boxes and flagstone inlays. Lots of rebars. Week 3, pouring approximately 10 yds of concrete for the footings. During week 3 & 4, the crew was placing and grouting the flagstone in place. Week 5, preparing the driveway, walkways, pads and planter boxes by grading and rebar prior to the concrete pour. Week 6, the day of the pour, Dan had approximately 14 crew for the concrete pour. Approximately 30 yds of concrete! Amazing to watch each person was in concert with another. Each person had a specific task. This is where the difference between the pros vs. amateurs. Dan and his crew are definitely the pros. Our concrete finish called for exposed aggregates. The process is labor intensive. First pour the concrete. Hand thrown and seated the pebbles onto the concrete surfaces. After the concrete harden, spray the retardant to stop the chemical reaction so the pebble can be exposed by pressure washing the cement away. It was a three-day effort due to the size of the hardscape. Dan and his crew did a fantastic job. The concrete work came out perfect! I'm glad we spent the extra money for this exposed finish. Through week 6 was installing new irrigation system for the trees, shrubs and plants. Week 7 was planting trees, shrubs and lawn and installing new fences. Week 8 was installing the new electrical outlets and final details.

Dan and his crew are professional and courteous. The crew started on time everyday at 7 am. Everything was orderly placed at the end of each working day. The crew cleaned up the worksite end of each day. I am fortunate to find Dan for this project. He and his crew - top notch, no game, no excuses. I highly recommend Priceless Services for your landscaping project. Dan is very reasonably priced for the exceptional quality of work and value. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

They did a very nice job of blending their work with the existing concrete. Dan laid out some nice curves to make the concrete work look professional. The total job took three days, which I appreciated. I thought the price was reasonable. I plan on having him landscape my front yard in a few weeks.

Overall, we are very happy with the way the job turned out. The start date kept slipping but that was due to bad weather and the holidays. Once the work started, the whole job was done in about a week. The owner, Dan, was very friendly and helpful. He came by at least once or twice everyday and did a lot of the cement work himself. At the end of one of the days, one of the workers was using a high power saw which tripped a breaker. The breaker would not reset and needed to be replaced. Dan stayed late and bought a new breaker for me at the hardware store.
The cement work that was done looks great. The previous owners of my house installed our concrete patio with some odd designs and colors in the cement. Some of that concrete was in need of repair. Priceless made the repairs to the concrete and you cannot even tell that there was ever an issue or that any repairs were made. Also the cement pads we had installed in our side yards look great too (no weird designs/colors required there).
I would definitely recommend Priceless Services for concrete work.

In the front we installed new irrigation and landscaped with drought resistant plants and some beautiful succulents. We widened the driveway by 10 feet with concrete. We put in artificial turf, vinyl fences, block walls with stucco and caps. We also had him seal an upstairs deck. We put a beautiful 5 ft. fountain in a front courtyard with a fire pit surrounding it. It came out absolutely gorgeous. The entire project in the front took about two and a half weeks. Soon we will be working on the back yard and plan on having PRICELESS SERVICES do the work for us. The office staff and other employees were kind, helpful and efficient.

Overall the experience was excellent. We had a lot of hardscape done as well as plants put in. We had a lot of flagstone put in the back yard and were on a limited budget. He even donated some of the supplies that he had had been given. Our yard is now more drought resistant and we have some beautiful succulents.

They did a good job and good service. Their price was pretty good. They were not punctual and they were few hours late. Their price was very reasonable and the quality of work was very good.
