The Contact Person listed for this business is Pedro, but Ray Osterberg
is the Owner. Ray knows his plants, fertilizers, weed-killer, soil,
etc., but he lacks business etiquette and punctuality. I have waited too
many times for Ray to show up without a phone call to explain why he
decided not to show or why he was going to be late. On another occasion,
Ray quoted us a price, but when Pedro arrived, (late, by the way), the
price had tripled. Ray did, in fact, fix that price issue and stuck to
his original word. Unfortunately, both Ray and Pedro prefer to just show
up unannounced to perform work. We had agreed to a monthly contract,
but we never knew how often Pedro was coming, on which days Pedro would
work, nor what exactly was being done with our yard. After a few months
with Pedro and Ray, the HOA sent us a letter stating we needed to attend
to our yard. Seriously! Ray came out to spray again and to make
adjustments to Pedro's work, but this attention lasted a short while. We
didn't see nor hear from Ray for months. The last straw-- while waiting
to get a back hill sprayed, I was stood up again. When I called Ray to
see if he was still planning to arrive, he said "I don't know why you're
there any way."
