We called Joe after getting an inspection from some outfit who claimed they did our last inspection. They weren’t, we’re out of Chula Vista, not Vista and basically told us we needed to spend almost $10,000 to get everything fixed. They claimed we had mold and other horror stories. Joe came and did his review and said we just needed to have him repair some duct work for $645. So glad we called. I’m making sure I have his card ready for next year or if something does need attention or if any of my neighbors and friends needs the right guy to call.

Joe found the issue pretty quickly and I was very happy to have this problem finally resolved. This was my third thermostat because I had spent countless hours on the phone with the Nest tech support team. There were very helpful but couldn’t diagnose this particular problem remotely. I was ready to send the thermostat back but am glad Joe was able to find and fix the problem.

From our initial call, it was nothing but a great experience. We appreciated the friendliness and importance that they gave our service call. The tech came out the same day and diagnosed the problem right away. It was a quick fix with a part going bad in our AC unit. They were honest and up front which I appreciated with a good price. I’ve unfortunately dealt with other companies that come in and you can tell they are there to over sell me with something I don’t need. Not the case with them. Joe was great and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my family.

We’ve been using Paradise for many years at two different houses. Joe and his wife Heather are both very responsive, kind and professional. While Joe typically works alone, I’ve never had to wait more than a few days for him to come out—usually he’s available within 24 hours at least for an estimate. I’ve referred them countless times to others and everyone has been happy with their work. Look no further than Paradise for all your heating/cooling needs!

Happy with the services,our a/c works great now! Not only friendly service,but very knowledgeable & professional, will definitely call them again should we have any heating or air issues in the future. Also reasonable prices!

Fast, friendly service and great prices. Professional and prompt. My air-conditioner works perfectly, and with the cool weather, I couldn’t have done without my heater. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!
