They scheduled and delivered a written estimate for the work the same day that I called. They did an outstanding job. They charged a little extra to haul away the trimmings, however, I didn't have any objection to that. As a home renter, it is very important that they were extremely flexible in creating a professional invoice as well as the fact that they were willing to bill the property owner instead of making me pay out of my pocket. A great job all around and a true pleasure to work with a company that strongly believes in delivering a positive customer experience.
