Ana Luna sent out Pedro who completed our sprinkler repairs (not lighting. . .that wasn't a choice in your menu), and then came out to turn the water back on, and came back a third time to make sure all was OK. All the projects were completed, and I will call them again with any landscaping or installations I will need

Outstanding company! Estimate given by Pedro and confirmed via email/text to lace, thin and shape two high producing orange trees in Rancho Bernardo. Also thin out dead limbs on an old apricot tree! Work was done two days after estimate and was outstanding! The entire crew was so nice and very professional! Will definitely have them Again!

I had 5 palm trees removed and all stumps grinded. The team worked efficiently and quickly and left the area very clean and pristine afterwards. They made sure to have us checked that we liked their work prior to payment. They were quick to respond to any concerns or questions.

I told him I wanted to check that his insurance forms were not fake, and I wrote to Sacramento for contractors' verification and they wrote back and said North Country Tree was legitimate. I would recommend North Country Tree to anyone, they were very professional. The tree cutter was amazing and spoke to me in English, and the other guy cleaned up everything. I did tip them well. They did an excellent job on trimming all of our trees and bushes around our commercial building. They had a little extra time and added 3 more trees at no cost. They cleaned up after very nice. Would highly recommend them to all. The price was reasonable as well.

We are a senior community and have over 75 trees to be trimmed with 3 courtyards also that were worked on. Extremely professional work- clean and careful with our staff and residents for falling debris- great job- Jose, site manager was fabulous in communication and plant knowledge. We hope to have them back for maintenance soon. Highly recommend their services!

Great job removing large trees and overgrown shrubs and planting new trees. The quotes didn't contain much detail about the work to be performed, but the crews worked quickly and did a professional job for a reasonable cost. They also made significant repairs to the irrigation system. They were supposed to return to add mulch to a large hillside, but never returned. That's okay, since it was an add-on to the original work and wasn't included in the quote.

This man is a TRUE PRO. He is a business man and acts like one. I had absolutely no thoughts of mistrust; everything was laid out and clearly defined. He took out two conifers that were well over 30 feet tall. The trees were close to the fence and one tree was at each end of my Hot Springs Spa. He also laced and trimmed five other trees. Everything was done decently and in order. Every thing was cleaned up after the tree work! YES I WOULD HIRE THIS MAN AGAIN! He did not try to sell me up. I am the one who suggested the additional work (beyond the original 2 conifers). Sign me VERY happy client (no he is not a relative). Enjoy, Jim B
