I had a leak in my roof that was caused by damage to the underlayment under the tile, next to the vent tube. Mo quickly identified the problem and supported his findings with pictures of the damaged area. In addition, he checked the roof for any potential problems that needed repairs. He gave me an estimate right away and after we agreed on the price, I signed the contract with Mo to perform the repairs. His pricing was fair and straightforward and the job was completed few days later for the price he quoted me. Mo was great!!! He kept me inform each step of the process including before and after pictures. The quality of his work is impactful and if I ever need any roofing repairs, I will definitely call Mo again.
