Extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonable pricing and terms. Due to there being a leak, he came within 20 minutes of call. I don't think you can ask for more than this level of service.

Mike and his team are seasoned pros.  Our twenty five year old house needed new hose bibs, pressure regulator, water heater, bathroom tub drains and fixtures.  All work was completed quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost.  Mike was quick to respond to a slab water leak and rerouted the hot water line through the second story.  Mike very clearly explains your options and patiently answers your questions.  My positive interactions and satisfaction with their work is the reason for the review.  I prefer to deal with local small businesses whenever possible and feel comfortable wholeheartedly recommending Mike Carroll Plumbing.

Arrived on time and cleared drain very quickly. Also needed to replace some pipes which were glued together. Completely satisfied with the work done and will call on them again if I need any other plumbing repaired or done.

Took us a while - and some less than favorable experiences with other plumbers - but we finally found our guys - Carroll Plumbing. Mike Carroll & Bobby fixed 3 leaks and (without our asking) shored up some pipes that another plumber had left hanging loosely and therefore subject to breaking. They also reset 2 toilets that another plumber had installed incorrectly, and did some other stuff we can't recall. Mike & Bobby put their heads down & worked hard. They were here a couple hours. Total bill (parts & labor) was less than $400.

Amazing service and professionalism, very friendly and upfront n pricing which was very reasonable.  Lance provided the service at our house which we just bought and moved in to and he walked us through everything both before and after.  He even took the time to learn exactly how the new faucet works (its one of those motion sense faucets) and walked us through the settings and how to maintain.  All in all, we are super impressed with Mike Carroll Plumbing and Lance and will certainly call back for any furture needs.

For plumbing services I used Mike Carroll Plumbing. He is a good provider. He was an 'A'. He definitely was prompt and did the reading when he said he was going to do it. He was able to get back, I had to leave a message for him and he got back to me right away. He was responsive and on top of it he was working with his customers.

Mike Carroll was very responsive to our need to have the water heater replaced since it was leaking. It was still covered under warranty from their initial installation over 9 years ago. I did some research on the brand and found many folks were most unhappy with the warranty replacement experience with Bradford-White brand of water heaters, so I was ready for a battle.
No issues with Mike Carroll Plumbing! They came out the next day and replaced the tank without any struggle. We paid for the labor and a "warranty fee", but the job was done and promptly so.
A minor issue with a too-short supply line was promptly and cheerfully resolved a few days later.

Max used a number of pieces of leak-detection equipment to pin point the water leak beneath the slab of our home. He determined that the particular pipe was feeding water from the front of the house to a hose bib at the back of the house. He was able to disconnect that pipe from the system without interfering with the water throughout the house itself. That saved a lot of money and work to reroute the water. The work took about two hours. I was very impressed he worked to find a cost effective solution rather than jumping to an expensive fix. I will be calling them for any future plumbing work.

We found our kitchen ceiling wet at 8:30 AM. I called Carroll Plumbing and Stephen arrived 30 minutes later. He found the leak, repaired it, and cleaned up. We were very pleased with the service and the price. Carroll Plumbing had also done some work in our house during the transition before we moved in, and we were pleased with that work also.
