They did an unprofessional job, they don’t know what they’re doing!! I had such a bad experience it was the worst nightmare of My life. They are a joke!!

Worker saw several small pet smudges and declared the carpet needed replacing without either a close inspection or any attempt to spot clean. I replied that is quit an exaggeration, just give it the same effort as the other rooms and if it doesn’t come up then fine. “No, how can you live with such filth, but I can give it a try for another $35 since I need to disinfection my equipment. And by the way, your bathroom tiles and other rugs looks awful; do you want them cleaned too?” I would have thrown him out the door but I had relatives arriving the next day for an extended stay so there wasn’t time to find another carpet cleaner in time. Naturally the smudges came out as I expected. The worker used a portable unit and the overall job was okay. I called the company who admitted their contract employees work on a commission but were apparently willing to do nothing and lose my business with this review on Angie’s List. You risk a scam using Mastercare.

I have used them before. They are always on time, very thorough and professional. Freddy was the man that came out most recently and he did a great job. I will continue to use them in the future.

Very impressed with the professionalism of the company. The appointment setting process went smoothly, in fact they were quite helpful in doing the job within two days and on our availability. The person, Alex is very good at his work. He arrived five minutes before his scheduled time. He walked through us the whole process and explained what needed to be done. The entire process was finished within estimated time.
Happy with the results so far...did a great job...would definitely recommend Master care.

He cleaned the upholstery so fast, that it was still dirty in spots when it dried. He was here and did the downstairs of my (living, dining, and family rooms) 2300 sq ft home and furniture in only about 90 minutes.

I was not happy about the results, so they did someone else out to redo the work. They were nice enough, but I wouldn't use them again.

They did a great job. They really took their time and paid attention to details. They did not damage anything in my home. There were two people that came out, it was the owner and one other worker. They were able to get underneath the bed as much as they could. They were just very easy to work with.

Arrived at scheduled time and proceeded in a professional manner. The result was completely satisfctory but the carpet remained damp longer than I was given to understand it would.

Person cleaning stairs was very informative and friendly.

They arrived right on schedule, gave me an estimate of the work, and accepted the coupons I had for all the jobs. Alex was kind, courteous, and helpful. He examined the furnace, cleaned it and suggested that I call SDGE for an inspection (which I have scheduled). He used a pressure device to clean out the furnace ducts and removed and cleaned all 6 registers. Then, he used a brush/suction device to clean out the dryer vent. He swept up the prodigious pile of lint after he was done. Lastly, he moved the furniture out of the traffic areas in my living and dining rooms and steam cleaned the carpet in both. The duct cleaning had not been done in a long time and was overdue. The carpet had been cleaned earlier in the year, but I had some construction work done and the carpet was dirty from the extra traffic. Alex worked hard for his money. I was pleased, overall, with the work he performed.

They did a great job. Carpet looks almost new. Some heavily soiled parts look good as new.

Vikki was very responsive to my concern about the odor. She also came back to do the job quite a bit later than our regular Appointment, because it was more convenient for me. Was through and used a great clean smelling sanitizer and got most of the stains out. She was great, efficient and offered to come back if the smell is not gone.

ALTHOUGH THE TECHNICIAN STATED THE SOIL WAS TREATED WITH A DEEP-CLEANING SOLUTION, IT SHOWED UP AGAIN WITHIN 2 DAYS. I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE TECHNICIAN THAT WAS SENT OUT AND REQUESTED A NEW ONE WHEN ASKING FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND CLEAN IT AGAIN. THE COMPANY REFUSED TO ASSIGN ANYONE OTHER THAN THE FIRST TECHNICIAN SO I REFUSED THE SERVICE AND WILL NOT WORK WITH THEM AGAIN. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE.

WE HAVE TRIED OTHER CARPET CLEANING COMPANIES BUT HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THE CARPETS IN OUR HOME ARE VERY OLD AND VERY WORN BUT EVERY TIME WE USE MASTERCARE THEY MAKE THEM LOOK VERY GOOD AND THEY ARE DEFINITELY MUCH CLEANER. THEY DO NOT TRY TO SELL ANYTHING EXTRA THAT IS NOT NECESSARY JUST TO MAKE MORE MONEY OFF OF YOU. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HONEST AND UPFRONT ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. THEY DO A GREAT JOB!
