Landscape License #: 121044. Mr. Martinez and family crew did an excellent job for the money. A tremendous amount of physical labor combined with superb masonry skills transformed a dead area on the side of our home into a functional, beautiful outside addition that flows into the backyard to compliment the entire home. A working knowledge of Spanish would help in that the only negative experience resulted in the inability to properly communicate ideas and small course corrections to the overall plan that sometimes led to confusion. Workers kept the job-site clean and were very courteous and punctual; they took a great deal of pride in their work. A big job done in 12 working days. Draft of contract was less than professional (handwritten, marginal itemized specifics) but Manuel was good to his word. Outstanding responsiveness on short notice. Very experienced company within the community. Highly recommended.
