He was on time and since we had put all the vehicles in one spot he started with the ones that had to leave first. Very quick and easy. He offered a discount because we had them all in one place. He was very honest in telling us that 2 of them were to far gone to even attempt a filling.

Ah, the perils of driving the 52. Just as I was making my way onto the 805, the vehicle in front of me kicked up a rock which landed just below my line of sight on the driverside of my windshield and left a lovely gouge that looked like it might have a mind to spider out into longer cracks if left to its own devices. After a couple weeks of procrastinating, I called Mark late Thursday morning and he scheduled me for the following morning at my office. He arrived in good time, got to work straight away, and had everything taken care of very quickly. Before starting he did advise me that the chip might not disappear completely, but his work is guaranteed and the repair would help keep the integrity of the glass, which was my primary reason for wanting the repair (aside from aesthetics). It looks fantastic! If you look at the exterior of the glass (and you really have to know where to look) you can see two tiny nicks where the rock made impact with the surface. The view from the inside appears flawless. I'm thrilled with the result and would hire him again in a heartbeat. I will be recommending Mark's service to anyone I know who is in need of a windshield repair.

Service was great and friendly. The chip was sealed but it wasn't explained to me until after the sealant had been put on that there was dirt stuck in the crack and now it is sealed into the repair. I know there's nothing he could have done about it, but I would have liked to have been informed before the repair was performed.

They called before showing up as asked. They showed up within the time range. I stayed there to answer questions and watch the process. Good thing i did. There was Q&A about existing rust ("we can't give you a warranty with any rust in the channel). Ok whatever. I asked them to rotary metal brush out the rust as well as practical and put new windshield in anyway (they had already pulled out/broke out the old windshield). Overall I'm happy and would use them again.

Showed up on time, was very pleasant and offered to do my second car included in the price for the first one. I was so impressed that while he was working I knocked on my neighbors' doors and they hired him on the spot too! He worked quickly, cleaned everything up and did a terrific job.

When I called for an estimate, we got to talking and I just went ahead and hired him due to his great explanation of the process. I felt like he would be competent and fast. When he arrived later that day, I had the windshield in the shade as he had suggested, so as it would be ready, and not too hot for the chemicals used. He got right to work, I hung around and watched, we chatted, he also answered whatever questions I had as he went along. He was done and out of there in about 1/2 hour, said that my crack will never expand and I can call him if it does...so far, so good! I had been driving around with the crack for a while as I didn't want to deal with it, so it's not totally invisible due to dirt and air that got in there.if I had known how simple it would be to fix it, I would've called Mark sooner!

My car's windshield was hit by a rock on the expressway. The result was a small round crack with two longer lines radiating out from the center. I thought for sure I would need a whole new windshield. Instead, I called Mark. He came the very next day and I am amazed at how good it looks. You can barely tell there was a crack AND he gave me a lifetime warranty--all for $65. He was also courteous and professional. Needless to say I would call him again in a heartbeat!

I had a ding about half the size of a dime on my windshield, with two small cracks radiating out from it. I noticed it Monday evening, called Tuesday (12/31), and he came to my home on Friday (1/3). He came about 30 mins early, said it would take 20 mins, and he was done in 10. It is now barely noticeable. He says out of 3500 windshields he's fixed, he's only had one fail, so although he offers a lifetime guarantee I doubt I'll need it. Absolutely fabulous service, reasonably priced. Highest possible recommendation.

His work is guaranteed for life of the car and IF I had any other problems with his work he said he'd refund my repair money and help me get a new windshield at discounted rates. I was originally looking for a mobile service that would come to our home and replace our windshield when I ran across this provider. The reviews were outstanding so I decided to go with a repair instead of a replacement. When I spoke to Mark on the phone I suggested an appointment for the following day but he explained to me that repairing small cracks as soon as possible was preferable to waiting even one day to prevent them from becoming larger Due to our schedule we could not be home until around 5:30 pm but Mark said he was willing to coming out at that time and met us at our home as promised. In a short time he had repaired the area to the point where the cracks were not even visible and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. We will definitely use this provider again should the need arise and recommend him highly to anyone needing this type of service!!!

I found this provider on Angie's list and decided to try due to great reviews and pricing. Mark was professional and friendly, came over within a few hours of my call. Very convenient as I had called around for comparison prices and planned on taking the car into a shop to save money. Job was done quickly and efficiently- I have to search to see the spot he fixed. He explained the process thoroughly, including explanation that there is a slight risk that the windshield can crack when being repaired because glass is unpredictable (another provider I spoke to had informed me that any reputable provider should tell you that). Service comes with lifetime warranty (which I don't expect to need/use!). Great experience and would definitely recommend!

I looked up car windshield repair venders on Angie's List and selected Mark. I then call my insurance company to ask if I was covered. I was and then the insurance company made some vendor suggestions but I wanted to use Mark so the insurance lady gave Mark a call while I waited on the line. I was covered and was transferred to Mark to arrange a time. Five that afternoon was agreed and Mark was on time, a bit early actually. He repaired my two chips superbly. Very professionally done with explanations of the process as he worked. This guy knows what he is doing and he does it very, very well.

I called Mark on a Wednesday afternoon about a crack in my windshield. I had to leave a voice mail, but he called me back within a couple of hours and I was able to schedule him to come out to my home the next day. He arrived promptly, did his work professionally, and was pleasant and knowledgeable. His price was also less than mobile windshield repair services I checked with. He finished in about 45 minutes.

Had a big rock impact the windshield on my 2010 VW CC and make a good sized and quot;spiderand quot; crack right in front of the driver's side at eye level. This happened on Thursday the 25th of October. I was going out of town so I called Mark on Friday from my place of work in Rancho Bernardo. He said he'd be in my parking lot in 1/2 hour and he was right on the money. He finished the repair in about 20 minutes while I went back inside and worked. As he said and quot;repair is not a miracleand quot; and if you know where the crack was, you can see a slight chip but by and large it is completely gone and I'd challenge anyone to find it if they didn't know where to look. Mark was professional, prompt, did good work and it was a heck of a lot cheaper than a new windshield. I'd use his service again and recommend it to friends.
