 + -1 moreIt's a family run business and they take that extra step. I was locked out of my house and he climbed through the window and redid the locks for me. It was raining out and he didn't want me to stand in the rain so he gently broke in for me so he could do the locks since I lost my keys. They're great.
Description of Work: I had my locks redone when I was locked out of my house.
