Fast and thorough!

I hired La Barca Cleaning to come and clean our home and they did an amazing job. I would recommend their service. The first time they came to our home was for a deep cleaning and the results are phenomenal. I am so happy to have them as our service.

They were on time and for the first time brought in 5 employees to clean house to their standards. They use organic cleaning solutions-which I love! They were done quite fast. Will use them again in a month.

This was a whole house cleaning described as move in/ move out Three ladies showed up a little head of schedule and went through the empty 1200 foot home in a little over three hours. Although the garage was supposed to be cleaned there seemed to be some miscommunication between the person who took the order and people who were to clean the garage. I would still recommend them, just need to have the job details clearly understood.

6/7/18 I settled on La Barca housecleaning service for a one time cleaning of my very small mobile home. A crew of 5 women came to my home yesterday. The appointed time was 11am, however they didn't show up until 1145, stating traffic was terrible. Yes, the traffic is terrible but a courtesy phone call should have been made and wasn't to let me know why they were running late. I was told up front they had a big job they needed to get to and expected my home to take no more than 1-1 1/2 hrs. They hustled through and were done within the stated time frame. At first glance everything looked so much better than before that my only issues at the time were the doors. I was told everything would be dusted and all doors would be cleaned. All the doors were still dusty. A couple of the women scurried around and made swipes at the doors with cloths. I was quoted $150 for this one time cleaning, but was charged $160 and I wasn't going to quibble over $10. The laminate floors were still damp from the mopping (I was told they were using Bona) After they left I was looking a bit more closely at the job. The floors were awful. There was a filmy appearance to them. I could see their shoe prints all over the floor and areas that were NOT cleaned up at all. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was NOT cleaned as I was told specifically it would be. The track outside the shower door was not cleaned. Pictures were not dusted nor was a lamp on top of the desk in the front room. This morning I called the phone number that HomeAdvisor had listed and spoke with a woman who said she was going to have a crew stop by and take a look at my issues. I was not going to be available until after 4 this afternoon but I asked the woman to call me with a time for their visit. No call has been received and it is now 830am on 6/8/18. I would NOT recommend La Barca housecleaning service at all. Their customer service is nil. I gave them the opportunity to make it right before I wrote this review. Apparently, they weren't interested.

They are quick, thorough, reliable, an absolute deal on price. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Six women showed up to clean my house! Two three-women crews. I doubt that this is ‘normal’ but it sure was great. Got the job done in record time! They cleaned a 3-bedroom, 3-bath house.

I was extremely satisfied with the cleaning team. They arrived on time and were very happy to accommodate my requests. If I needed to point something out, they had a positive attitude about doing it the way I liked. I will definately hire the crew again! Thank you ladies!

The two women who cleaned my house were professional and excellent cleaners. They were at my house earlier than expected (which I liked), worked efficiently and cleaned my house very well. They were friendly and great workers!

I think it would be better if the team had more than one member who spoke English. A lot of time wasted answering questions and giving directions with only one individual who understood my requests. In addition some instructions were lost in translation.

The cleaning ladies were late, but it was due to miscommunication with their main office. I originally asked for 2:00pm but someone from their office called and asked could it be earlier. We rescheduled for 12:00 but they did not show up until about 2:00pm. The work was excellent! Other than the miscommunication, I was very satisfied with their work.

2 hours of cleaning for apt move out.. $160 which I thought was a bit high, but they did a super job!

The appointment was changed 2 times and they were late. They were there maybe 3 hours or less $180 and the cleaning was not thorough or good. There was very little to really clean the blinds and shutters were the biggest chore. I will have to clean all of them again. Looked like they just dusted them.

Two cleaning ladies showed up late but with a very good acceptable (medical) excuse, so they get a pass on that. Otherwise, they both worked intensely for about 4 hours and did a remarkable job of cleaning around a great amount of clutter.
