I should have mentioned that I was not happy with the service at the time--I did not so this is on me. The company has done wonderful work for me in the past. Just disappointed this time. I won't use them again.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES (AFTER HAVING BAD EXPERIENCE WITH COMPANY FROM ONE OF 'THOSE ADS'). ALWAYS GETS ME SCHEDULED WHEN I NEED IT (PARTICULARLY AROUND HOLIDAYS). OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS USE THEM TOO.
