CHARLES WAS LATE, AND CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW. HE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. AS HE WAS LATE, HE DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE RE-KEY.

I CALLED ONE OTHER LOCK COMPANY WHO WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME $100 PER LOCK INSTEAD OF $110 FOR THE ENTIRE JOB. THEY MADE A SPECIAL APPOINTMENT FOR ME THE NEXT MORNING AT 8:30 AM. HOWEVER, THEY WERE LATE AND SHOWED UP AT 9:30 AM. THE SERVICE WAS QUICK AND THOROUGH. THEY GAVE ME A DUPLICATE KEY FOR MY MAILBOX FOR FREE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT CALL ANOTHER LOCKSMITH.
