Jim's Air Conditioning and Heating

So being in the business fro over 40 years (but not the service side) I can really appreciate a good service tech. and a good service call. I called Jim's A. C. about 10:00 in the morning and explained my issue. The dispatcher said she would see what she could do to help, It wasn't 3 hours later Bill called and said he was 15 mins. out. Bill showed up diagnosed the issue, explained things to me, quoted a price which was fair and did the repair. 1 year warranty on parts and labor , you can't ask for much more. diagnosed up and running and the house is warm. Thanks Guys

His quote for just looking into the wall to see if the freon leak was there was ridiculously high.

I had gotten my initial estimate from Jim nearly one year ago and was very pleasantly surprised when he was willing to honor the price he had quoted at that time, especially because other businesses had given me quotes that were 1.5 -2 times as high.
I had some physical limitations at that time and Jim and his assistant graciously cleared the workspace of everything that needed to be moved and later returned those items to their original places. I am also happy to report that they did a great job of cleaning up the garage and the outside after finishing the install.

Right in the middle of San Diego's record heat wave of 25 years, the air conditioner in a rental unit was producing hot air. I had 2 proposals; one was way too expensive and one never showed up for the work to be done. I received Jim's information from a friend at work and called him. He fit me into his very busy schedule quickly during this extreme heat wave and replaced the AC as well as the furnace which was 30 years old for half the price I was quoted from the "no show"! Jim's is very professional, thorough and got the job done fast. My tenants are very happy and so am I! I consider myself very fortunate that the "no show" never showed up leading me to Jim. He's the guy I will use forever in all my rental units as well as my own home. Very reasonable and reliable and gets the job done right!
