Joel and his team did great work with some demo, dry walling and tiling in our bathroom. They were adaptable and had good communication. The job ended up having a few more components than we originally thought so took a little longer than anticipated, but Joel kept us informed along the way.

All were completed efficiently and with high quality standards. After my initial projects were completed I hired Joel for two additional projects (foundation work, fence and gate repair, and painting) and again his team did great work and provided a great value for the money paid. I highly recommend Joel and I personally will be using him again for jobs both small and large. I recommend you consider doing the same.

Wow! We are extremely impressed with the services provided by Joel Remgio and his crew this November, 2023. Joel is an expert in a vast array of handyman services, including construction, electrical, plumbing, and more. He can do anything! The specific services Joel and his crew provided for us this last November included reconstruction of portions of our wood deck and balcony, painting, and fixing “sticky” doors that wouldn’t close/lock. The work was performed professionally, competently, timely, and cost-effectively. Joel is enthusiastic and has excellent communication skills. Very well. I really liked that Joel communicated promptly and let me know when he would be held up. He was confident in how to handle the repairs and made a suggestion about the paint color that saved me from having to do all the shutters. The result is that the shutters look great! I would absolutely use him again.

Awesome!!! I received same day service. Joel and is worker we’re very knowledgeable and professional. All work and pricing were discussed up front. Work completed in a timely manner, cleaned up after the job was done. These guys are worth hiring!! Looking forward to my next project with these guys. They do not disappoint. Joel and his team did an OUTSTANDING job! He did some painting, wall repairs, replaced closet doors, replaced door hardware and a missing screen! He was timely, his work was high quality and his prices were very reasonable. He followed up and returned my calls and I will use him whenever I need work done in my condo! I highly recommend him and his company!

These are the things Joel should improve upon: Submit reasonable estimates (19 hours for what I showed you I needed done was excessive); come the day you're scheduled to do the work; learn how to properly patch drywall and stucco; clean-up in each area where you've worked rather than throwing material packaging/plastic on the ground; send an invoice for the work, which you told me you would (still hasn't been done).

Joel moved a vanity light, rewired, drywall patch, texture, paint — like new! He charges top dollar $ but great work.

Joel arrived as told right in time. Since this property is a rental he advised the tenants ahead of time on his arrival. He replaced 2 balusters on staircase, re-grouted all sinks and tubs, replaced exhaust fans with new fixtures. Was very efficient. He is know going to replace a stovetop exhaust fixture that has not worked in years! I plan to use Joel for ALL my repairs for my rental property. I would definitely recommend Joel, J&B handyman.

It went well! I told Joel that I want to get slab leaking fixed asap so the tenant can get the house back. Joel started the work early in the morning till in the late in the evening.
