Description of Work: The tech did some work but when I got unit home I still had problems. He should have taken more time in letting me use my pc right in the shop and then he could have seen the issues. I called the next day and talked with the lady at the desk and actually she was a big help in fixing my problems .PC is still running ok and I proably would try them again.

He was not only able to recover, but he cloned, installed the drive and was able to install/repair the OS.  + -1 moreI panicked when my laptop would no longer boot up. I found J-Macc on Angie's List, and he was only a few miles from my house. He offered to look at immediately. I took it to his garage, and he had it fixed in about 15 minutes. I was so grateful - I will definitely use him again for any future computer problems!

Description of Work: Our 2010 MAC would not load Office 2008 programs. Jimmy provided an estimate and arrived on time. He fixed the office problem. We also had some fold-down tabs that had gone from words to letters and numbers. He admitted he didn't know why but showed us how to read them. He said he would have to take computer and spend a couple of hours researching to resolve it, but we did not want to do that, so he provided some sources where we may find a solution. He also provided a trial program to "clean-up" the MAC. All told, very professional, honest, and very reasonable cost.

Description of Work: J-Mac came on THANKSGIVING DAY, to repair daughters laptop. She was leaving for college in two days. J-Mac spent at least 2 hours troubleshooting and repairing the boot drive,and saved her data.
